You do not need a DMecho account to exercise your privacy rights.
Make a request
- Email privacy@dmecho.com from the address connected with your request.
- Say whether you want access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, to object, or to withdraw mailing consent.
- Describe enough context for DMecho to locate the data. Do not send identity documents unless specifically and proportionately requested.
Direct-marketing withdrawals are acted on promptly. Other requests are handled without undue delay and ordinarily within one month. If a lawful extension or refusal applies, DMecho will explain it within the required period.
What deletion covers
Where applicable, DMecho will remove your active mailing-list record and instruct relevant processors to delete data. A minimal suppression record may be retained for up to three years so that marketing does not restart. Security records, request evidence, legal claims, and provider backups may be retained where lawfully necessary until their stated periods end.
Unsubscribe without a request
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Using it is the fastest way to stop launch and product-update emails. You may still contact the privacy address if you also want access to or deletion of other applicable data.
