These terms govern use of the public DMecho pre-launch website. They do not create a paid subscription or promise a product launch date.
Operator and acceptance
The site is operated by Mouhieddine Sabir, operating as DMecho, Aarhus, Denmark. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you join the mailing list, your consent to receive email is separate and can be withdrawn at any time.
Pre-launch scope
DMecho is under development. Product descriptions, previews, timing, integrations, and expected features may change. The website currently provides information and optional early-access updates only; it does not create an account, paid service, or guaranteed place in a beta.
Who may use the site
You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so. The site is available worldwide, subject to applicable laws and sanctions.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, including by attempting unauthorized access, disrupting its operation, introducing malicious code, scraping it abusively, impersonating another person, or using the registration form to submit addresses without authority.
Content and third parties
DMecho's original site content, visual design, and marks are owned by the operator or used with permission. You may view the site for ordinary personal or business evaluation, but may not copy or exploit it beyond what law permits. Instagram, Facebook, Meta, and other third-party names belong to their owners. DMecho is not sponsored or endorsed by them or by Aarhus University.
If you voluntarily send feedback, you permit DMecho to use it to improve the product without payment or confidentiality obligations, while you retain ownership of your underlying ideas and other rights the law does not allow you to waive.
Availability and responsibility
The pre-launch site is provided as available and may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn. To the fullest extent allowed by law, DMecho is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on preview information or temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
Law, changes, and contact
Danish law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Danish courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere. If one term is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
Changes take effect when a revised version and date appear here; material changes will be highlighted where appropriate. Questions can be sent to hello@dmecho.com.
